Returns & Exchange Policy
At Muraad Retail our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will help facilitate you at each step should you wish to exchange your purchased item.
Domestic Orders:
Any article purchased online can be exchanged online within 15 days of purchase.
All items must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is provided.
Proof of purchase but be provided which includes either the original receipt of order confirmation email.
The reason for exchange must be clearly stated such as defective, wrong size, wrong item, wrong color etc.
Items bought on sale are a final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Stitched items of clothing will be made to order on the measurements provided to us, Muraad Retail will not process any exchanges in the event the item is stitched to the sizing provided however, it has fitting issues.
Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.

International Orders:
Currently, Muraad Retail does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help at sales@muraadretail.com
Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you. Please attach pictures of any incorrect or damaged items in your email so that we are able to resolve your complaint in a timely manner.
RETURN POLICY:
We want each person to love their purchase and for that reason Muraad Retail offers a 15 day refund policy.
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or the customer will be issued a coupon of the same value valid for the Online Store.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and an SMS with your COD amount as well as the order tracking ID. As soon as the product has been delivered, our above-mentioned exchange policy will apply to your order.
Muraad Retail holds the authority to cancel any order in cases, such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
